TSU SHI MA MI RE. tsushimamire. tsmmr!!!

we walked our restless tail bones to burt's tiki lounge last summer monday. tsu shi ma mi re would be there and si WROTE an article bout themz. my antenna of course went up as soon as these girls arrived in albuquerque. post-cutesy screeching punk pop girl band from japan? yes please.cool sposure huh?
that's not simon. well, i don't think it is.
the hardly surprising mosh pit and a truly unfortunate tattoo.
wtf? there were actual beings in front of me pulling off our musician's hair? i believe this is an example of herd mentality.

this is where i take a dozen vain photos with the band.
signing his stomach hair?
peasch shign. schweet. also, damn damn! the one time i could have rightfully used a peace sign. i'll never forgive mysssschelf.
i got the yellow pink blusey piece. it was a medium and they told me it would accompany my constantly expanding cup size and waist line. no joke. i've been a size 7 since 15 and then this past year made me move up to size 10 pants. am i pregnant? claire ash, u know our agreement in case i am. i'll get the jack daniels and boxing gloves ready. in other news, my only-eating-after-10pm-no-exercise-not-even-yoga diet isn't working out.
oh right. i gotta gotta get that signature.
i'm full of narcissism mama and these peeeek-tures show it.
ok ok i forgive myself.
haven't yet decided if i'll leave it as a regular old tee shirt or ask jessica to lend me her book on how to cut it into a million pieces and reconstruct a strippy strappy cutie halter. one time on the martha stewart show martha had a segment on how to 'make a tee shirt more feminine'. and i'm talking about her OLD SHOW where she coined the phrase "IT'S A GOOD THING". so she had a ridiculous little tee and all she did was cut off that hem that goes around the neck hole. and then she PUT IT ON and didn't look like anything less than a washed up woodstock hippie living in the suburbs.
pot smoke waved into our bathroom window from the apartment across marc's backyard and our breath was drenched in beer taste. we checked hbo for 5 minutes and passed out above the blankets.

the show was awesome fantastical. small fanfare like jumping around to punk bass and spilled drinks all over the crowd. and large fanfare like mosh pits and the screaming mob. we got caught up in the energy like everyone else. hyper albuquerque crowd, where have you been my whole life??
