My eyesight is very, very bad. Squares look like circles. Rocks look like dogs. Words look like dust bunnies. If an object is small enough, it disappears in my unaided vision. It used to be the case that if I weren't wearing my glasses, peoples' skin would look like beautifully smooth curves of marble. Now, my eyesight has worsened to the effect that without glasses/contacts, people's faces look like the pale monster from Pan's Labyrinth.
Making my everyday life a living nightmare if I should be so unlucky to lose my glasses or contacts. On the sunny side, the mole on my right eye is doing just fine.
