Stayed up last night and ACTUALLY ADDED applications to my FACEBOOK like a 15 year old without a driver's license. Let's see. I now have a sandbox, garden, french and spanish word of the day and fridge magnets. yes, last night was a stay at home night and i'll never forget it cause i watched explorer: world's dangerous drug and was too scared to sleep for no other reason than a meth addict might break down my walls and stick a knife through my face. I can't find the episode on national geographic channel's website so i'll just paint a picture with my words. p.s. this will be really hard to understand and/or be entertained by.
Of course they showed the before and after mugshots of meth addicts, bla bla bla. Lisa Ling was the host and she talked about a couple in Nebraska who went to a party and probably did meth for the first time (haha yeah right) cause neither of their parents' knew about their drug use. And they kept twirling photos of the couple embracing on a log in a peaceful forest on the tv screen. They also had a pic of the couple in cowboy hats holding hands so YOU KNOW something was gonna get really fucked up really soon. Then they just aired the 911 tapes of the couple. The girl kept screaming men in dark clothing were trying to get her and they were stuck in the woods. And the operator told them not to get out of the car cause it was blizzard weather but of course they got out and started running. The guy kept screaming he was just south of 72nd street and the operator told him that they looked there and couldn't find them. The girl yelled more about being chased by men and getting shot. And during the whole thing, they kept saying meth sentences like 'just get me out of this building ma'am, i've got to wake up somewhere, stop it or i'll have to fix it' just weird. the cops were looking for them for a few hours and the guy called again and said he was in a shed somewhere and he didn't want his girlfriend to die. Then the operator called back and asked the guy where he was cause they found the shed but he wasn't there and he said he had to start wandering again or else 'they'll find him'. That was the last call and the police found his frozen dead body a mile away from the car and found the lady a couple days later, she fell down a hill and died there.
So basically, they just thought they were in Omaha but were in a farm community just outside of the city and instead of waiting in their car like patient meth heads, they got out and froze to death. Anyway, I guess that scared me a little more than the Thai meth addicts, here's the link, because i am afraid of hallucinations. No. wait. I'm afraid of being around people with hallucinations.
I'm gonna keep watching explorer because i'm addicted to scary stories.
