This is what you'd see while walking out of a thrift store in Albuquerque, New Mexico when it's snowing.
I promise, it's snow, not rain.
The desert heat, even in winter, settles into our city pavement, and melts the snow once it touches ground. Turns dirt and sand into a muddy mess.
It's nice to look up into street lamps and see white flakes, though.
